My iPhone XR has been stolen so if it messages the person who stole my phone then this is pointless!! I’ve been tracking it and now. I might as well give up if they know they are being tracked!
I used the app to locate my phone as it fell off my hood whiles I was driving, it was within 20 yards of the location the app gave me
Not a very accurate locator. I have tested it out and it’s always 1-7 blocks off.
My kids are somewhere between Orlando and Daytona. What’s the use of this app? Not accurate
Welp if you create a schedule and make your options email. When the phone is located they do not het a tect it comes to your email and you can smile at them because now they lie
What does the circle with moon mean?
My boyfriend uses this stupid thing to track me, stalk me, at least when it was activated it sent a text alerting me so I could shut off my phone but some.people abuse the privilege of these services. I contacted TMobile a.f they wouldn’t help.
This speaks volumes. Very simple solution to this issue. Either kick his paranoid, untrusting, controlling a$$ to the side and find a solid MANFRIEND instead. On the other hand, of this applies to you; quit being shady and/or screwing around on him. Bam! Handled.
Lol or he stops playing the victim and comes to terms with the fact that he’s quite shady himself.
Yup! Its a ongoing issue and im so DONE with tmobile
So if my kid get a text to let him know he is getting track ,what is the point he can just turn location off and i won’be available to track him
it says GPS does not have to be turned on in order for this tracker to work….if he turns off the phone, however, then you are out of luck
So if you were to disable 4G on your phone and only connect to 3G or EDGE the app wouldn’t be able to track you?
I am wondering the same thing
Is that true , it sends a text to the phone being tracked and alarms them . What good is it then whwn the whole person is seeing if your child being honest with the user .
Nope, it doesn’t send a message. Been using it for years. it only sends a message to the primary account holder IF the primary account holder sets up their phone as one to be tracked.
It does send a message every month. Actually it’s usually on the 14th day of every month that all 5 lines will receive a text message stating that they can be located by…. (cellphone number of tracker)
That is NOT true. I tracked my phone and others…and it DID send them a text…AND THEY CALLED ME, TO FIND OUT WHY I WAS TRACKING THEM.
I use the tmobile service not a mobile phone app and if you sign up a number it gives an initial notification…after that it does not notify the person! i am the owner of the account and owner of all four phones. This is not a privacy issue.
Do you know if you add your child as authorized user will it notify them ? Or just the primary? I’m confused because I had to add him because he needed to pick up a replacement phone. But I don’t remeber them asking me which line was his??(have 5 lines) and for 2 months no one but me has rcvd a notification . I have cancelled the service and deleted the app but as summer is nearing I would prefer to have that sense of security.
